Lay-Away Terms

Customers making purchases using our Lay-Away plan have up to 6 months (180 days) to pay their merchandise in full. Monthly payments (one payment every 30 days) are required to keep your Lay-Away purchase active and current. If no payment has been made on a layaway for 35 days, a electronic notice (email) will be sent to the purchaser. If no payment (or alternate arrangement) is made within 10 days of notice, we reserve the right to cancel the Lay-Away. For non-payment or cancellations, store credit will be given for any monies paid. Store credit that is unused for 90 days will be forfeited.

Placing a Lay-Away Order

Select desired items and add to your shopping cart. Continue through the checkout process. In the "Add Comments About Your Order" field, please make a not that you would like to make your order a Lay-Away and complete your transaction. You will be emailed a Lay-Away Confirmation within 48 hours and your initial deposit will be processed after you confirm your order.Our Online Support Staff will be happy to help you complete your Lay-Away purchase. All Lay-Away orders require a initial deposit of 20% of the total purchase amount. Initial and subsequent payments may be made by credit card, personal check or money order.
